BRAND WARRANTY
Khadim’s offers a 30-day Warranty on Footwear and Accessories. Warranty can be claimed under the following conditions within 30-Days from date of receipt of product.
1. Footwear
- Damaged/Discoloured Upper Material
- Broken/Damaged Sole or Insole
2. Accessories
- Damaged/Discoloured Upper Material
- Damaged Stitching
Note:
- Warranty does not extend to fancy/delicate/decorative material and ornaments.
- Fulfilment of claims against damages not covered under warranty will be at the sole discretion of the company.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation of an order (Card/Net Banking/UPI/COD) must be done within 24-hours of purchase (strongly recommend).
2. You can cancel by going to your “My Orders” page and clicking on the “Cancel” button against your order.
3. A 100% Refund of Order Amount will be issued against Cancellation to the Card/Bank/UPI account within 5 to 7 business days.
Note: Failure to cancel within 24-hours of placing an order means the product will have been despatched and cannot be recalled. For further details, please see our FAQs page.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. We provide Free Shipping for Card/Net Banking/UPI/COD purchases of INR 500 and above.
2. Any purchase below INR 500 (0 to 499) will be subject to a Convenience Fee of INR 49 per order.
3. A Convenience Fee is the extra amount that the Courier Company charges for delivering goods to your doorstep.
4. Shipping and Delivery of products will take 7 to 10 working days from date of order/purchase. Please discount National holidays and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
Note: In case of Return and Refund against damaged products, this Convenience Fee will NOT be refunded. For further details, please see our FAQs page.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. You can claim a refund within 15-days from receipt of product.
2. Once we receive the return request, we will schedule a reverse pick-up of the product. The pick-up process will be completed within 10 business days.
3. Product(s) should be unused and returned in resalable condition in the original box with shoe tags attached.
4. Product(s) with dirty sole, footprints, any other visible signs of usage will not be accepted for return.
5. After we receive the product at our end, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days.
Note:
- Return requests exceeding 15 days will not be entertained unless issues comply with those covered under Warranty.
- Damaged products will not be replaced with new products.
- No complaints regarding refund against ONLINE Purchases will be entertained at Khadim’s stores unless explicitly conveyed by Khadim’s Consumer Care.

REDEEMABLE COUPONS
What is it?
A Coupon is a computer generated ticket issued by Khadim’s as a mode of repayment.
How to use?
- Khadim’s will eMail customer a Redeemable Coupon of the same value as the product previously purchased.
- Coupons will be issued after customer has returned the product to our courier company representative, and it has been received by Khadim’s.
- Customer may (only) purchase products of an amount equal to OR above the coupon price (any excess amount above the coupon price can be paid Online or through Cash-on-Delivery).
- Coupons can only be redeemed from Khadim’s website within the time-frame mentioned from Date of Issue.
- Coupons are set to expire after a period and will NOT be re-issued if customer fails to use it within the time limit.
- Coupons are VALID for use only once (1 time).
- Failure to use Coupons will NOT validate a Refund.
